
Teens worry about parents' debt

Almost half of teenagers are concerned that their parents might run into debt problems'>debt problems over the Christmas period.
A survey from Barnardo's also found that a quarter of teenagers have missed a meal due to a lack of money with the figure rising to a third in London.
The poll was conducted among 1,000 13 to 19-year-olds from across the UK, and comes before the launch of their new Christmas Day message, the Teens' Speech.
The charity also revealed that older teen girls are the most likely to fret about money with 76 per cent of 17 to 19 year olds worrying about debt.
